This Privacy Code is intended to inform you on the principles and procedures we use to protect your private sphere, and on how we handle the data you provide us with.
What is the topic personal data on our websites
about?
On principle, you can always use our websites without disclosing your identity.
If you want to make use of an individual service, e.g. order an item from our
ticket shop, participate in a lottery, wish to have information sent to you or
subscribe to a newsletter, we will ask you to enter your name and other
personal data, because without this information we cannot offer the desired
service. We only collect data which is necessary to fulfil your request. It is your
decision whether to supply the data or not.
How do we protect payment details?
When you enter your credit card or bank account details, we apply SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer). SSL encrypts your data during the transmission, a transaction
often shown by a lock symbol on the lower status bar of your browser.
Are personal data passed on?
We process and use your personal data only in connection with your order and
for communicating with you. We neither sell, rent nor exchange data. If we pass
data on to external service providers, they are obliged to observe the regulations
of the Federal Law on Data Protection, other legal provisions on privacy and
this code. Insofar as we are legally obliged to do so, we must transmit your
data to official or private parties entitled to receive such information.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to pass your data on to third parties without
requesting your permission if it is necessary to protect ourselves against
attacks that constitute a criminal offence or are capable of impairing the
operability of our websites.
How can you delete data you have
provided us with?
You can always cancel permission to use the
data transferred to us. We will then instantly delete your data. The navigation
point Contact on our websites also allows you to revoke the consent you have
given to future collection, processing and use of your personal data. Data
collected for billing and accounting purposes remain unaffected; they will be
deleted after the period stipulated in the TMG (German Telemedia Act). Insofar
as we are obliged to store your data, they will not be deleted but blocked,
i.e. they are still stored in our systems, but we no longer handle or use them.
Do we use Cookies? Can Cookies be
avoided?
"Cookies" are small files enabling us to store specific, user-related information on your PC during your visit to our websites. Cookies help
us establish frequency of use and the number of users of our websites as well
as composing our offers for you as conveniently and efficiently as possible.
For this purpose we apply so-called "Session Cookies" which are only
stored for the duration of use of one of our sites. We also apply "Permanent
Cookies" to store information about visitors who repeatedly access our
websites. These Cookies are applied to offer the best possible user guidance and
to "recognise" you in order to suggest interesting websites or new
content to frequent visitors. We record
data which are provided automatically by your browser, such as type of browser,
service provider, and IP address. Moreover, we generate an individual, neutral
user ID. We use the data collected through Cookies exclusively in anonymised
form; we do not generate a profile on your user behaviour. Regarding Google Analytics please note the
information provided in the paragraph "What else?" at the end of this
code. You can deactivate storage of
Cookies in your browser, limit it to certain websites or adjust it in such a
way that you are notified as soon as a Cookie is transmitted. Please note that
in such a case you might get limited access to or limited user guidance on the
corresponding site.
What about links to other websites?
In case of links on our websites, we are not responsible for the contents and
data protection statements provided on those sites. For this reason we
recommend reading the data protection provisions of those offers before making
use of them.
What else?

require occasional adjustments of our Privacy Code to the new conditions. We
will inform you here on possible changes. You should therefore read our Privacy
Code from time to time to keep yourself up to date. Information contained on
our websites is compiled with the greatest care. However, Meer-Tickets does not
guarantee their completeness or suitability for certain applications. Use of
the contents provided on the websites is solely at the risk of the user. We use
Google Analytics by Google Inc. about whose terms and conditions of use to give
you the following advice: This website applies Google Analytics, a web analysis
service by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses
so-called "Cookies", text files stored on your computer allowing for
analysis of your utilisation of a website. Information collected by the Cookie

to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this

activities for the website operator and provide other services related to the
use of that website or the Internet. Google may pass this information on to
third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process them by
